is 2 nights on high and green season and
4 nights during Peak seasons
( Easter Week is consider Peak Season)
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE with a 50% deposit at the time of the booking.
The 50% balance should be paid within 30 days prior to the arrival.
- Green Season: May 1 to Nov 20
- High Season: Nov 21 to Apr 30
- Peak Season: Dec 20 to Jan 03
- Check in time: 2:00pm
- Check out time: 11:00am
Reservation Refund Policies:
- 80% if you cancel more than sixty-one(61) days before arrival
- 60% if canceled between sixty(60) and thirty-one(31) days before arrival
- 0% if you cancel thirty(30) days or less before arrival
Reservations for Christmas week and New Year and Month:
- 50% at the time of booking, non refundable
- Payment of the balance sixty-one(61) days before arrival, non refundable
- If the balance is not paid in full to the applicable due date, the reservation will be canceled
- Daily cleaning service is not included, additional cleaning services has a cost of $45.
Damage Security Deposit:
- $500 for security deposit credit card required, At the time of the Check Out a customer service representative will inspect the unit any missing items or damage will be charge to guest account
